Sims 3 Info
It is one of your favourite pass times. You love to log onto your video game and check in on your Sim to see how they are doing. You have worked hard to help your Sim work up their career path, and you have designed your Sim house with a lot of care. But now there is something new on the market, and that is The Sims 3.
For Sims purists they will be glad to know that the creators at Maxis have taken great care to keep some of the best features of the previous versions of the Sims in The Sims 3. However, there are a lot of fun new features that Sims enthusiasts will be excited to get to know.
One of the biggest changes in The Sims 3 is that the creators have completely rethought the buy and build modes of the game. In the building mode, the grid is much finer, but the player also has the opportunity to turn off the grid if they do not want to use it. This is really a positive because it will make it easier for Sims players to place furniture and other objects into their Sim homes. Additionally, when you are building your house you can now add a wider staircase, and the “wall drag” tool has been improved so that you can move the wall with any paint or wallpaper on it. There have also been small adjustments to the roof function and the basement building process that will make your game play even easier.
More Sims 3 InfoPerhaps the biggest news in The Sims 3 is that the creators have made a completely new feature known as “neighbourhood exploration.” With this, your Sim is now able to look around their neighbourhood. To accomplish this, the creators have set it up so that the Sim neighbourhoods operate in real time. This means that your Sims neighbourhood is constantly aging and evolving.
You still have the opportunity to create your Sim in The Sims 3. You can choose everything for their appearance including their clothes, skin colour, and hairstyle. However, there are a few more advanced appearance selections available in the new game. You can now add even more detail to your character. You can add small details like freckles onto your Sim, which you have never been able to do before.
In The Sims 3, your Sim will still need to pursue a career and relationships to keep themselves happy. You will continue to need to educate and develop your Sims skills so that they can progress through the game successfully. However, some of your Sims primary needs have been adjusted. Instead of the original eight primary needs that your Sim previously needed in The Sims 3, your Sim only has six primary needs that you need to take care of. To do this, you will need to walk your Sim through specific events like brushing their teeth or making dinner.
The Sims 3 is really exciting because of its new features, but it is not so different that fans of the previous versions won’t be able to enjoy it. Instead, the creators have really put a lot of effort into ensuring that the features that they have added will only enhance the traditional Sims experience.
